Checking Account Switch Kit

The Checking Account Switch Kit provides you with everything you need to "switch" your account from your current financial institution to a competitive, convenient checking account with Acacia Federal. Use the links below to choose the forms that you will need to move your checking account relationship to Acacia Federal.

New Account Application.

Complete the form online and submit it electronically, or
Print the form and mail it to: Acacia Federal Savings Bank, 7600 Leesburg Pike, East Building, Suite 200, Falls Church, VA 22043.

Whether you submit your New Account Application electronically or by mail, you will need to send us:

the initial deposit and
a copy of a government issued picture ID for each person on the account.
To receive a Visa Check Card, print the application, sign, and mail it to the above address.

Once the above documents are received, we will send you a starter Kit and other account documentation. You will then have Acacia Federal's ABA number and your new account number that are required to change the Direct Deposit of your pay check or your Social Security payment, and to change any Automatic Payments from your old account to your new Acacia Federal account.

Direct Deposit: To change the direct deposit of your pay check,

Complete and print the Direct Deposit Authorization Form
Present it to the payroll department of your employer.
To change your Social Security payments to Acacia Federal, follow the instructions given.

Automatic Payments:

The Authorization to Change Automatic Payment form, must be completed for each company or organization with whom you have arranged for automatic payments to be made from your account.
Print the form and fill it out for each company.
Send the form to the companies to whom you make automatic payments.

The Switch Kit is also available in paper form. Call 800-950-0236 and request to have one mailed to you or to have a friendly Service Representative assist you with your Switch Kit.
